Welcome to Scale Theory. By accessing this website (the "Site"), enrolling in any Scale Theory program, or purchasing any product or service offered by Scale Theory ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any offering.

1. Eligibility

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly display, publish, or create derivative works from any Scale Theory materials without our prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and legal action.

• Share your login, replays, or program materials with anyone outside your enrollment;
• Record, transcribe, or redistribute any live calls or community content;
